We do not support or condone piracy.This subreddit is not for selling, try. So I'm running GEN-d3 on my PSP-1001, and for the most part I'm super happy. Most games I have run fine. However, I am running into issues with some newer games- Pixel Junk Monsters comes to mind.I installed Liquidzigong's to remedy this, and for newer games, it works fine.Here's my issue:When I'm patched to Prom4, and I try to play games that I had savefiles from GEN-D3 vanilla, it says that the 'save files are corrupted'. For a second I freaked out, then I reverted back to GEN-D3, and the savefiles are fine, so it's clearly some issue with Prometheus.Should I keep messing around with prometheus?

Is it a better deal just to upgrade to 6.20 TN-D? (I play a lot of PS1 games, and idk if popsloader is set up for TN-D yet) Am I just out of luck?Any help/downloads/tips would be appreciated. I don't know how to correct the error but I do believe there is some sorta save recovery tool, you'll need to look into that on your own time.

As for the newer CFW imo I would stay where you're at. Prom-4 runs everything, so unless upgrade to the newer CFW exploits of 6.20 prob4 or 6.35prob4 (don't bother with 6.35, you still need to use an iso loader and it's not a permanent cfw solution unlike 6.20 now) and it fixes your save errors it's pointless. Prome-4 will run the newest Patapon just released, and for now it is the last fully hacked CFW, while 6.20 and 6.35 are more just exploits that are beign developed over time into a hack. If it ain't broke don't fix it, Prome-4 is still fine for now, I wouldn't upgrade unless a new game comes out that requires newer CFW, and the likelyhood of that isn't too great when you look at the nearing end of the lifecycle.

Help me please. I really need to get rid of Custom Firmware quickly. My brother told my mum I had it and she's threatening to sell my PSP if I don't get rid of it immediately.It is Custom Firmware 5.50 GEN-D (Full) and I neen a good way of getting it removed without bricking it.

I've tried using a UMD to change it to Official Firmware and the system update but it says I have the latest version (9.50).I have a PSP slim and I don't have a pandora battery, Is there anyway I can remove it without using a pandora battery?Thanks!
