Home » Evga » Laptops & Desktops » NForce 750i SLI Evga NForce 750i SLI Drivers Download This page contains the list of device drivers for Evga NForce 750i SLI. Asus P5N32E SLI Plus (nForce 650i) custom PC with Intel Quadcore Q6600 @ 3.0 GHz and 6GB RAM (see my IM Signature, running OS X 10.9.3, 10.8.5, 10.7.5, OS X 10.6.8 (64bit and 32bit), OS X 10.5.8, Pinguy OS 12.04 LTS (64bit), Linux Mint Debian Edition (64bit), Windows 7 Professional 64 (64bit), Windows Vista Ultimate (32bit).

I'm going to cut to the chase here. I bought an EVGA GTX1080 FTW. I used it for about 15 hours of gaming (not consecutive hours) I was playing DOOM and I got the dreaded black screen and 100% fans.

After reading all the reviews on Amazon, etc, it appears this is an issue with many of these cards. From what I have read, this happens to a lot of these cards and the replacements that EVGA are sending people. I ordered an ASUS STRIX 1080 and plan on returning the EVGA. While I was waiting for the arrival of the STRIX, ive played about another 10 hours of games with out any issues. Now, im worried I may be replacing the EVGA with a worse performing card. The STRIX came and its been sitting here for 24 hours because im apprehensive about opening and installing it.

I have like 6 days left to RMA the 1st card and get a refund. I have to make a decision soon. Risk it and continue to use this card that crapped out once? Or plug in the new card and forget about it. Thanks ahead of time. I think i'm going to put in the STRIX since its already here just sitting on my desk. Im just apprehensive about leaving the EVGA in even though there hasn't been a problem again.

The STRIX is 60MHz slower than the EVGA. My luck (black clouds follow me everywhere) 2 days I am outside of the return / RMA window it will permanently die on me, that I my only fear really. Do you think that I should uninstall the drivers, swap cards, then reinstall the drivers? I dont see a reason to because im putting in the same card just a different brand.
